Matt recently returned to the Pacific Northwest after more than a decade cooking in San Francisco and Nashville. Over the past 20 years, he has cooked at Bisato in Seattle and held key roles in Michelin-starred kitchens including Lazy Bear and Osito, as well as Nashville’s acclaimed The Catbird Seat. Matt’s food is rooted in highlighting the flavors of the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on seasonality, foraging, and close collaboration with local farmers and producers.
