Private Event Venue Rental Rate: $950
We have a variety of beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for your event. Our maximum capacity for outdoor events is 68 guests. For indoor seated dining, we can generally accommodate 22 guests in the farmhouse dining room and 48 guests in the barn. Get in touch to talk through the options and find the right fit for your event.
The Details
Included in our private event packages
Venue rental for events lasting up to four hours.
An hour and a half before the event for catering prep and one hour after the event for catering cleanup.
Heyday staff member on-site throughout your rental period.
Exclusive use of our indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
Exclusive use of our commercial kitchen by your caterer and/or bartender.
Dining tables and chairs or benches for up to 68 guests.
Simple table decorations: votive candles and bud vases with seasonal florals.
Speaker system for your playlist.
Two indoor restrooms.
Parking for up to 32 cars. Carpooling and/or shuttles are recommended!
Important information
Catering & bartending, DJ, florist, officiant, event planning/coordination, and rentals of any items not listed above are not included in our venue rental fee.
Tableware, Barware & Linens - All tableware, barware and linens must be secured from your caterer or rented by you.
Tent - Outdoor tent rental is not included. For the comfort of you and your guests, we require renting a tent for outdoor events with more than 48 guests.
Decorations - We can provide votive candles and bud vases with seasonal florals. All other decorations would be provided by you.
