Days on the farm are quiet and unhurried. Meandering gardens, wild pastures and giant evergreens surround a lofted barn and restored 1897 farmhouse. Invite the ones closest to you to wander and find their own favorite corner of the property. Make this day yours - whether you’re envisioning an intimate gathering in the barn or a celebration under open skies.
Intimate Weddings
Up to 22 of your favorite people, gathered in one of the most quietly beautiful places on Bainbridge Island. Available year round. Each season has its own character. A ceremony in the flower garden then an evening under the pergola, or a winter wedding in the barn followed by a cozy supper in the farmhouse.

Farm Weddings
For slightly larger gatherings: 23-68 partygoers. Available May through October. Spread out and enjoy peak abundance at the farm.
2027 Rate: $6,500

The Details
Included in our wedding packages
12-hour venue rental (8 hours for intimate weddings).
Heyday staff member on-site throughout your rental period.
Exclusive use of our indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
Exclusive use of our commercial kitchen by your caterer and/or bartender.
Two get ready spaces.
Ceremony chairs or benches for up to 68 guests (22 for intimate weddings).
Dining tables and chairs or benches for up to 68 guests (22 for intimate weddings).
Simple table decorations: votive candles and bud vases with seasonal florals.
Speaker system for your playlist.
Two indoor restrooms.
Parking for up to 32 cars (20 for intimate weddings). Carpooling and/or shuttles are recommended!
Important information
Catering & bartending, DJ, florist, officiant, event planning/coordination, and rentals of any items not listed above are not included in our venue rental fee.
Tableware, Barware & Linens – All tableware, barware and linens must be secured from your caterer or rented by you.
Tent – Outdoor tent rental is not included. For the comfort of you and your guests, we require renting a tent for weddings with more than 22 guests (including the couple).
Decorations – We can provide votive candles and bud vases with seasonal florals. All other decorations would be provided by you.
