We are excited to welcome Chef Danny Conkling for a series of special dinners in July. Explore the property, see what we’re growing and enjoy a multi-course menu highlighting the best of the season.

Danny graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked at renowned New York restaurant Daniel. After moving to Seattle, he was the chef at Sitka and Spruce, The London Plane and, most recently, L’Oursin. Danny excels at marrying French technique with Northwest ingredients and is a delight to have behind our chef’s counter!
