We are excited to welcome Chef Danny Conkling for a series of special dinners in July. Enjoy a four-course menu highlighting the best of the season. Arrive early or linger afterwards to explore the property and see what we’re growing.

Danny graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and worked at renowned New York restaurant Daniel. After moving to Seattle, he was the chef at Sitka and Spruce, The London Plane and, most recently, L’Oursin. Danny excels at marrying French technique with Northwest ingredients and is a delight to have behind our chef’s counter!

Menu for July 8-10

First course (shared family-style)
Niçoise salad: confit tuna, gem lettuce, artichokes, green beans, marinated peppers and egg

Second course
Poached rockfish, crab stuffed zucchini blossom, crab jus and basil

Third course (shared family-style)
Grilled lamb and petite farcie of baby summer vegetables 

Dessert
Ice cream with berries and meringue 

***Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate menu substitutions.***

• The ticket price does not include drinks. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase at a pop-up bottle shop on-site. No glass pours are available with our current license.

• Tickets are non-refundable, although they may be transferred to someone else. If the event is sold out, we may try to help resell your ticket to someone on the waitlist, but we can’t promise miracles! Unused tickets can’t be credited towards future events.

• Most of our seating is family-style, gathered around the chef's counter or our communal tables — it's part of the experience! We do have a limited number of smaller tables available for parties of 2-3, so contact us if you'd prefer one and we'll do our best to accommodate.
