Quake ‘N Bake: a Food-Tasting Event

What on earth is all the food I need to store for when a disaster strikes?!?! Attend the Quake ‘N Bake to sample freeze-dried meals, the military version of fine dining called MREs (Meals Ready to Eat), and an assortment of dried and canned goods, all with long shelf life.

The event also includes demonstrations of how the food is prepared and stored, and an overview of the cost.

Our friends at Preservation Natural Wines will offer wine, beer and cider for purchase at the event. Pair them with your favorite emergency food to extract maximum flavor!
